BUSINESS OUTLINE

New genesis properties and projects was established in 2008 in Wagterskop to primary focus on building, renovating, altering houses and office parks, commercial buildings and governmental structures, both from the private and public sector in south Africa. New genesis takes pride into building young people by giving them the opportunities into the business and its hundred percent owned by black. 

 

The senior director started as an estate agent until he decided to be on his own. Hence new genesis is an entity recognized by the national home builders’ registration councils (NHBRC), Construction industry Development Board (CIDB) Grade 7CEPE, 8GBPE, 6EBPE, 5EPPE, 6SQPE, 1SBPE, 1SKPE & 6MEPE. New Genesis’s businesses are supported by an integrated quality management system that underpins every aspect of its operations.

 

By strategically positioning quality management at the heart of its operations, New Genesis has bound together the full value chain of an infrastructure company, thus embedding the concept of a triple bottom line management culture, which is central to reinforcing sustainability and delivering a quality outcome to all stakeholders

One of the focus as a company is to empower the previously disadvantage individuals by giving them the opportunity to acquire experience and develop their skills through our business so they can ultimately reach their fullest potential.

 

As company we believe in equal opportunities, hence, we give opportunities to both male and female so as to not only build them but share different skills and expertise to grow the business.

 

Our focus now we are taking youth from university and Technikon some opportunities to do their practical training in our business where we nature young talent, and employ the raw post matriculate that are still looking for their passion.
